Hi! Thanks for visiting my website and taking the time to learn more about Structural Deep Tissue bodywork and about me.
I opened my practice in the Spring of 1996 after graduating from the "re Source of Bodywork and Massage Therapy" in Berkeley, California.
Before moving to Pleasant Hill, I spent the spring of 2002 in Japan and have tried to go back every other year. I really love being in Japan it seems to be my true home. A traveler at heart...I have spent time in the Great Himalayan ranges of Ladakh, India to explore, relax and experience life in another world.
Before starting my practice in bodywork, my background was in Psychotherapy. Zen Buddhism is a big part of Gregory's life, and he was ordained in the Zen Buddhism. Gregory has enjoys many activities including rock climbing on the face of Half Dome in Yosemite, CA to road cycling in northern California. He also grows over 10,000 orchids in his two large greenhouses.
He finds that practicing Bodywork helps him sink into deeper levels of compassion for others and himself. Being available and present in each moment of our lives is a key element to awakening. For Gregory, it's an honor and privilege being of service to others.
I've started my adventure here in Pleasant Hill...and what I bring with me are well-educated and intuitive hands. I am a focused and dedicated therapist...and enjoy bringing the goodness of bodywork and massage into people's lives!
